Really, really disappointed right now. I loved the old pasta here. Now they changed the whole menu and the good stuff is all gone. Also, I'm writing this review because the service here SUCKS ASS. Like, as customers, we would walk in, and no one would welcome us or acknowledge us. They would be talking and chit-chatting with each other. No one is helping the customers waiting. Also, I received my order, and they didn't include the cheese sticks I ordered, so I asked them to give it to me. Now I'm waiting 8 minutes here. Our pizza arrived extremely late, cold, and completely folded in on itself. When I called to have the issue fixed or a refund I received attitude. I will never order again, we waited over an hour and when we asked for a replacement we were told we would have to wait two hours. I have never experienced anything like this with pizza.

The second best pizza beside real Italian flatbread, love the deep dish and I love the pepperoni pizza. I also like the supereme. Get the deep fish but man it's pretty greesy. Love grease in pizza and super awesome.

I’ve never found any employees at the counter during my visits. Every time I’ve gone for a quick work lunch—three times now—it's been a complete waste of time.
