I have stayed in numerous 4 and 5-star hotels, and unfortunately, this one does not qualify as either. While there are some positive aspects, especially the helpful staff, the rooms—though clean—fall short of the standards one would expect from a 5-star suite. For example, the lid on the ice bucket was dirty, and the coffee maker continues to run until all the water spills over the counter. I could list more issues, but I don't feel it's necessary.
Upon arriving, feeling hot and weary, we were delightfully surprised by the exceptional service, delicious food, and fantastic location of this wonderful restaurant. It's completely open-air, situated between the hotel pool and the bay. I ordered the crab cake sandwich, which I highly recommend.
The food was fantastic! The Reuben, broccoli cheddar soup with chips, and homemade dip were all amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and fun. It's a great spot, and we'll definitely return. They also have live music on Fridays and Saturdays.
I had a terrible experience! I ordered two extra dipping sauces but only got one. The pizza had no sauce at all, so we had to use the dipping sauce intended for our breadsticks to eat the pizza. To make matters worse, the sauce was cold. Book a table now
