I tried to call the restaurant that night, but they were closed, so I contacted customer service the next day. They told me the restaurant would address the issue. Now it's Wednesday evening, and we are still waiting for the manager, who seems to be completely unaware of what’s going on. The woman we spoke with was quite rude and condescending, making matters worse. She assured us the manager would arrive within 30 minutes, even though he had previously said he’d be there by 7 PM.

Don't bother with the wings... So dry. There is barely any sauce, and they have me one set of wings that has no sauce at all (I ordered the Korean BBQ flavour but got PLAIN).
