Hey guys, I just finished a meal out with my mum here (Wigan). I wanted to let you know about my experience. It’s not that I don’t recommend but there seems to be some cross communication regarding the salad bar. Let me explain…. Mum and I spend almost £30 on 2 pizzas and fries. I went to the salad bar but she did not. I filled one bowl of nachos. Usually I leave a couple of slices at the end and so I asked for a box. As it states on the menu, the salad bar is unlimited and I had one measly bowl of nachos, so before I was leaving, I put my pizza left overs in a box and added some more nachos into the box. I am so disappointed on how bad Pizza Hut in Wigan has gone it used to be lovely. Now you have to get your own menus own knifes and forks own straws etc you then have to order your food yourself online which is so slow it took me 25 mins to order our food and drinks by then we was desperate for a drink! Also there was loads not available no SALAD! No chicken no beer no garlic bread loads. Then they said they got a delivery of salad. Which was brought out with no dressing as asked for. Just literally lettuce and tomatoes. Not like it used to be. The pizza itself was awful aswell! Burnt and not cut properly couldn’t cut the slices because the base was so hard like it was stale! Came here at the weekend with a friend for their birthday, staff greeted us warmly but we was informed that to order we have to use QR codes or go to a website. I 'd unfortunately forgot my phone and my friend 's phone couldn 't scan codes and didn 't handle the website super well. We did manage to get it to work but it took a good 10 minutes. I just wished I 'd maybe been told on the phone this is how pizza hut operates now. The food was amazing, loved the cheesey triangles and our half and half pizza was fantastic. My only complaint is with the 'do it all online ' which i understand the pandemic this protects the staff, but i do wonder how older generations manage who may not have smart ph...
We ordered our food online from your website for delivery on 29th..this would be the Pemberton branch. You took our money.. 3 hours plus later we still never got it.. and today we are still waiting for our refund. Your admin team have replied and investigated. No reason why you took our money with no delivery. We later drove up to the restraunt to find it was closed. Met the driver who also got a notification to pick the order up. Your system notified us later it was delivered. Obviously automated. So much for service. I would not recommend Pizza Hut as the service is very poor.

Three young ladies attended to us on our visit. There was an ingredient missing from my pizza, and they were so attentive and rectified it right away. They had a great attitude, and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we enjoyed our visit. We were really impressed with them, and will revisit based on them alone. They deserve high praise for their superb customer service! The salad bar was fresh and clean. The pizza was tasty. The staff went above and beyond. Thanks ladies. We’ll be back soon.
Pizza Hut always used to be one of those places where the pizzas had a taste of their own and used to be tastey. This meal was awful. Tastless. That also goes for the sides we had. And this ordering food on your phone lark is very frustrating when you have staff waiting around just to give you your drinks. Not in a rush to go back.
Went last night with a party of twelve, for a twelfth birthday celebration. The food was good, salad bar fully stocked and the staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the lady I believe was the manager. Happy to recommend and will come again.
I have not been for years, and i have to say it's not changed at all. The food is still good but expensive, the service was good. I'm sure if the restaurant had a make-over, it would be a better place for it, and prices would be justified.

The title says it all. Since changing ingredients to cut costs and speed up cooking time, the pizzas just taste bland. So disappointing as it used to taste so good.
