The pizza was good, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. We've ordered contactless delivery several times, but have often received calls from the delivery person saying they've arrived. This wasn’t a problem initially, but on one occasion we were present and the delivery person sounded frustrated, even though we had already paid for the food and it was our responsibility to pick it up. Why offer a contactless option if you're not prepared to uphold it? Especially during a pandemic, what if we couldn't physically collect the delivery? On another occasion, we tipped the delivery person, but he made a comment suggesting he deserved more. Tipping is optional, and it was disrespect...
As a child, I loved Pizza Hut for its crispy, thick crust, abundant toppings, and delightful extras. Over the years, the chain seemed to decline, and I often left disappointed. However, after visiting the Vegreville location three times, it feels like a nostalgic trip back to the good old days of Pizza Hut in the 90s. The pizza was delicious, fresh, and served hot, just like I remembered, especially the crust. I truly hope this location maintains its quality and doesn’t fall into the same sloppy standards as others.
My semi truck broke down near this village, and I was starving. Unfortunately, all the restaurants were closed since it was already 10:50 pm. However, the owner of this place was also about to close up, but when I explained my situation to him, he was very understanding and went out of his way to make me a delicious pizza. I have never had such a great experience with a pizza place before, and I am incredibly grateful to him. Thanks for their help!
Late work night and decided to order pizza and wings for supper. This is how the wings were delivered, and breadsticks. Phone Pizza Hut Vegreville and there solution is to ask for the wing sauce on the side next time. Never have to ask for the sauce on the side from Boston pizza or any other pizza place in town. This restaurant offers the best breadsticks I've ever had! They're so tasty that my partner and I ended up ordering two boxes on Friday night and another two boxes on Sunday! Although we live in the city, we always make an effort to stop by this place when we visit family. It's absolutely worth the trip!
I went to this restaurant for a Mediterranean pie but had trouble communicating with the staff. When I asked the person on the phone to repeat themselves, they started yelling in a different language and then abruptly hung up on me. They did not answer my calls when I tried to contact them again.
Fast, delicious, and well priced! Love everything we have ever ordered, especially their jalapeno cheddar dip to go with their stuff crust pizzas! Wings are also amazing! So yummy and we will continue to order here!
