I really used to like Pizza Joe's but after my experience tonight. I will not be ordering again. I recieved horrible customer service from the owner and the driver. So apparently there was a discrepancy about where to drop off my order(I prepaid online $50 order) when clearly its stated on the receipt. Driver goes to wrong location(gate) calls me yelling about he was told diffrent. He hung up on me. At this point I was afraid he was going to do something to our food. Made an order via door dash yesterday, I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza, wings and a large sprite. I received a pepperoni pizza, breadsticks and a Dr Pepper. I have never had every single item on an order this messed up before, I am very disappointedas this was my first time ordering with this establishment. I also called and they simply told me call door dash and they willgive you door dash credit ????

This restaurant serves amazing pizza that never disappoints! Even when I order for teenagers, they enjoy it, which is hard to believe. I always choose to pick up the pizza, and they are very fast and ready in just 10 minutes. It is the best pizza in East Arlington. I highly recommend it!

I was in town for the Cowboys Thanksgiving game and decided to order pizza. The delivery was on time, but the pizza was a bit lukewarm. However, it was still tasty. I will give them another try in the future.
