Francent is everything you expect from a restaurant! From amanilitee, a fast and efficient service! Good humor and jokes. I went there a few years ago when it opened and I immediately liked it. I have returned there a few times and now being an adult and having visited more restaurants especially in the region, this one is by far a must and a positive advertisement for Italy and the Nyon region. The restaurant is warm and well decorated. Go there without fear as you risk wanting to go back!
So the staff is friendly, the dishes are good, Just that the waiter could tell us at the same time that he gives the menu cards, what is left, because I wanted to order Octopus, because it had been a long time since I had eaten it and it was when taking of the order he says that there is only one left while there are two of us who want some. I gave 3 for the atmosphere because by chance we were placed next to a table of 9 English speakers who were extremely noisy and without any respect. (as I often want to say) Not easy for the restaurateur to manage, but perhaps as long as there is space in the establishment, groups should be isolated.

Excellent pizza and great for gluten-free! Being celiac and sensitive to traces I have not been sick, I recommend.
