When I called to report the mistake, the man who answered confirmed with the pizza maker that it was indeed made incorrectly. He asked if I wanted to keep it, and I told him no, that I wanted the calzone I ordered. He said he would make a new one and it would be ready in 10 minutes for me to pick up. I found it a bit rude that he didn’t offer to send a driver to deliver it, but I didn’t ask for that, so I thought it wasn’t the biggest issue.

I am from the Buffalo, NY area and I must say the service and food were phenomenal!! I am very picky about pizza and the dough and sauce did not disappoint. I only sampled the pizza, but since this is a pizza place, that should be sufficient for an accurate assessment. Unfortunately, I was not very impressed. The bottle of water that accompanied my lunch had more flavor than the pizza itself. Everything—from the sauce to the cheese and toppings—lacked seasoning and was quite bland.

This is the best pizza place! Everything was absolutely delicious! We ordered a calzone, eggplant parmesan, mozzarella sticks, wings, and fried ravioli, and the total was only $50. We’ve decided we’ll never go anywhere else for pizza again!
