client for a long time, it's my favorite pizza dough even by rapoort to renowned pizzerias. But the covid went through there. The lack of staff is felt. very long service too long. It's not the fault of the poor waitresses who get out of the way they can. In the kitchen it still holds a little bit but unfortunately the staff to recruit must be missing as everywhere.
