Pizza Point - Table reservation

the pizzas are already delicious, so I can join the previous speakers, therefore also 2/5 instead of 1/5. but: if you call, preordered to pick up, said gets in 10 min. (toll, fits because hot hungry) comes and then has to wait another 15 minutes, is not okay. I also said that the idea was "calling, coming, ready to pick up" and not "calling, coming, starting with the preparation". I would not have been registered as a customer, so this is the first time to avoid fake orders; the next time, that was right.
