Upon entering, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant felt cozy with dimmed lights and spacious rooms. I appreciated the option to sit at the counter side bar, whether dining alone or with a friend. The restaurant didn't seem too busy on a weekday. After a brief wait, a friendly and nice server greeted me. The wood fire pizza looked and smelled delicious, but unfortunately, it was very salty, possibly due to the cheese and meat selection in "The Butcher" pizza we ordered. Although I had high hopes for the pizza, I ended up feeling disappointed. This was our second visit to the restaurant, and sadly it did not meet our expectations once again. This place rocks! Don’t know as to why it was only given a 4.5 stars to me it deserves a five star rating. Our pizza was “The fig and The pig” awesome taste crispy and thin crust, the balsamic, prosciutto, caramelized onions, the grape tomatoes, the goat cheese everything on that pizza was fresh. We also ordered the garlic bread with the marinara sauce homemade every day was superb! The ambiance of the place bought me back to the 60’s and 70’s with posters of Willie Nelson, Ozy Osborne, The Bee Gees etc and the music playing on the background was awesome. Our server was polite and attentive to our every need we will be coming back to this place again they don’t disappoint. Loved it!
Pizza Rock is hands down the best pizza in the Bay Area! We absolutely love going there. Brandon is an amazing waiter - despite his young age, he is fantastic at his job. Rick, the owner, also goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and serves up the best pies in town. Don't miss out on this place - they recently expanded to accommodate more guests and their exceptional service has not wavered. The $2 draft beers are a nice bonus and the arugula salad is incredibly refreshing. And let's not forget about the heavenly dessert pizza - it's a must try! Do yourself a favor and visit Pizza Rock soon!
Pizza rock is amazing. It’s definitely going to be a spot that we regular. The Detroit style pizza was really good, I’ll definitely be getting that again. The mozzarella sticks were on point, and I was extremely happy with the sweet tea. If you’re thinking about Pizza Rock, definitely give it a go. You won’t be disappointed.

Have ordered here for dine in and had a good experience but extremely disappointed in the take out. As you can see pizza is burnt all over. Cheese is extremely burnt. I tried it first before I took the picture. Tasted like char and burnt toast. Why would you let a customer take that home? Should have been redone instantly.
Went to Pizza Rock for a late lunch and it was delicious. Friendly service, great pizza and we would go again. It wasn’t busy and we were seated quickly, all in all it was a good first experience at Pizza Rock.
Pizza and Momma's Meatballs are my favorite. The staff was friendly and fun. Will definitely be back soon ? Salads are Hugh. Didn't have one this time, but our guest did and said it was great.
Ww found it. Our Friday place. Not only was the pizza amazing but the decor is super cute. Our waitress waa super friendly and gave food suggestions. We will most definitely return.

The service at this restaurant is top-notch and the team who make the pizzas are amazing. I now understand why they are called Pizza Rock - the best pizza I have ever tasted!
