My first time trying Pizza Studio was at their Church St. location in Toronto but then I realized they also had an uptown location in Markham, at the intersection of Woodbine and Highway 7!TRUFFLED MUSHROOM is the pizza flavor I went with both times because it 's that good. It comes with a rosemary herb and parmesan crust, a garlic Alfredo sauce base, topped with freshly grated mozarella, truffle roasted mushrooms, and spinach. Though you know I do enjoy an airy crispy crust with air bubbles, this was more of a flatbread-style crust hence thin in nature. Love the look of the place! And so big and spacious inside too! The pizzas come in two sizes and you can create your own or get some of their own chef creations pizzas. I opted for the chef ones with the truffled mushroom and the beast. The beast is pretty much a meat lovers type pizza. The taste was actually really good! Especially that pizza dough. Nice fresh and soft with that firm bite on the outer layer! The toppings seemed pretty fresh too! And it goes into an oven and spits it out in 3 mintutes. I recently ordered a personal pizza from pizza studio and for the most part I left satisfied. The staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining the entire process. There are abundance of toppings for no extra cost including drizzles of sauces once the pizza is baked (a few speciality toppings where a dollar or so extra, ex. Vegan cheese). The pizza baked quickly in 3 minutes and I had enough pizza for a lunch and dinner for myself for about $16. The four stars is due to the pizza being a bit undercooked on the bottom.
The 10? Beast Pizza and it was very oily. I personally wouldn't call it a beast? because there are only a few types of meat on there (Pepperoni, bacon, beef, ham, sausage). A pretty normal meat pizza, but her sauce and crust was good. I usually get her Backyard BBQ Chicken Pizza and this is actually quite delicious! In general, there are pizzas pretty good so why I still gave them a high rating, although their Beast pizza was a little intoxicated. Overall, this place is definitely worth a try.

Best pizza I had in Markham! I wanted something different than the typical big chain pizzas (Denken Pizza Hut, Pizza Pizza etc., so I found this little jewel. The pizza I tried was the mushroom truffle (pictured and it was phenomenal. I also made my own and was surprised to see all the options for crust, sauce and toppings. That's good. I recommend it to everyone looking for a great pizza that feels that time and energy went into something big.
Ordered their truffle pizza, and it was delicious!! Lots of mushrooms and good tasting alfredo base, didnt even share a slice LOL. Staff was very quick, and pretty friendly. Excited to go back and try another one of their pizzas! Price point isnt too bad for a gourmet pizza. Definitely filling for a meal under $20!Vegetarian options: Had the truffle mushroom pizza and it was still very hearty!
Pleasantly surprised after deciding to give them a try. I really enjoyed customizing my own pizza and it not cost an arm and a leg like at most other pizza joints. I like that they prepare it in front of you and you can see that all the ingredients are fresh. My only critique is that there XL pizza could be bigger... but i wont mark them down for that. Will definitely recommend.
Last Friday I walked into this new pizza store for the first time and this young gentleman I believe his name was Michael made the experience a lot easier for me. He showed me and my children patience and was very helpful with the menu. Due to how excellent the customer service was I will likely be making a visit again. Great staff work !

My friend ordered 4 pizza for our party tonight. It was delicious, especially the truffle mushroom pizza ! Loved it ! The pizza arrived a little cold cause Uber took a while but it’s Halloween so I underhand. I will definitely order from them again!
