After a disappointing experience at a pizza restaurant with unfriendly staff, we were relieved to have a wonderful meal at Pizza Express. There were eight of us, some of us very hungry and on the verge of hangriness. We were greeted by a waitress with a big smile who quickly seated us. The staff was fantastic and made us feel welcome and relaxed. The pizzas were delicious and perfectly made, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and the desserts were delightful. The restaurant was bright, airy, and clean. Our waiter was exceptional, attentive, and observant. He even quickly replaced a dropped dough ball without us even noticing. great food and service. I would like to feed a day here if the kovid control is better over the population. for now they take away. I had her bolognese spaghetti twice and enjoyed it. I had also tried her mozzarella appetizer and also really liked it. decided to her pizza a shot, vesuvio, and that was also very delish! will surely try more on her menu.
I had a wonderful time at this restaurant and truly enjoyed my experience. The manager and staff were lovely, and the food was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great dining experience with a smile. My server had vibrant hair and was delightful. I would give this restaurant a 10/10 recommendation.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We had a choice of seating. Delicious cabanara and rizoto. Calamari was really bready but that could have been the style or type. They made it right and replaced with really totally delicious garlic bread.

We always use our loyalty card to dine at this restaurant when we visit Bury St Edmunds. We have never been let down - everything is fantastic. This hidden gem is always a delightful experience.
The service at this Prezzo is always excellent. Staff so cheerful and helpful. Food choice good and value for money. Our favourite Italian restaurant by far.
