I been living in the babylon area for a long time and every time i come there is literally no specialty slices at all. I have to go out of my way to go to a pizza place that has more options then what pizzaiola has in its window. Its a shame. Pizza is alright not the best, not the worse. Service is horrible. I gave them a couple tries thinking they could be better but they just got worse. First time they didn’t send utensils and I didn’t know they just didn’t provide them unless you requested them, when I called back to ask for utensils for my pasta they were rude then said they were gonna send them and a month an a half later, I’m still waiting for them. Second time our pizza was not cooked enough and forgot our drinks. And the third and last time I would ever order from them; they answered the phone and then they just hung up on me. Never getting food from them again.

The food is good, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I had to wait to place my order because one of the staff members was busy cleaning, even though it wasn't closing time, and he was quite rude about it.
