Pizzeria Da Lorena

On our first stop we stayed in nextdoor hotel Germersheimer Hof and we went into town for a drink. However we took our dinner in this pizzeria next to the hotel (actually in the same building). The menu choice was huge and the prices are...very modest. The have a nice large terrace outside and when the weather is good it's nice to eat a lovely pizza al fresco'. They also have nice other dishes and we also shared an appetizer. A good address and you don't have to look any further staying there.

A very nice place to eat and at a decent cost. The owner treated our table fine, and him and his wife spent a lot of time entertaining us with good stories. Good food and a good selection of different Italian wine. A bit disappointed...that there was no local wine, but as the owner said, it was not what the customers wanted, and besides Italian wine is better with Italian food.

We had a good simple meal on the patio. It is attached to the Hotel Germersheimer, and we were staying there. So, it was easy to settle in and while the evening away on the patio with a lovely dinner and drinks.

A nice Italian cosy restaurant, the food was pretty good and price is reasonable. The ambience is nice and the service is good.

Overall its a really good restaurant, Price is average, food taste really good! Family service! great people!
