My pal and I came across this restaurant when just keeping our eyes open for supper as we walked through town. The restaurant was empty so didn't look particularly promising but a charming lad of about 10 years came to the door and invited us in, soon to be joined by his charming father. We were glad we joined! In addition to the food and wine lists (Italian) we were offered specials including a bottle of very good value excellent red wine. The fairly simple food was freshly prepared by mum to a very high standard. I had a salad bursting with freshness and a lasagne sticky with cheese. My pal was equally happy with his starter and pasta main course.The place is clean, the food and wine excel...
We unfortunately did not get to eat here but I have to write a review to thank Thomas and his family for their hospitality.We had just arrived in Perpignan and parked our car in one of the city car parks, as we were walking to our hotel Thomas was outside and gave us a very warm welcome. There was five of us, my wife, three children and myself. It was very hot and he brought us inside and gave us all juice and advice about the city.This was a fantastic introduction to the city and this Italian welcome was great.Unfortunately our trip was too short but if we return we will go there or if we are in Rome visit his family's restaurant in Piazza Navona.
Found this place merely from the Italian flag flying outside and popped in for lunch. It's shall we say, the quirkiest place we've seen. There's so many nic-nacs of 'stuff' all over the place. I'm not quite sure what that was all about but it certainly was a talking point, though the place could do without it. There were several full size cut outs of Louis Tomlinson, of One Direction, were everywhere but never got to ask why. Nando, the owner and his lovely son, Nando were a delight. Pizza was great and my spinach and cheese lasagna was just enough. Great deserts swimming in liquors if you wish were yummy.
very nice host, very good with understanding coeliacs and other food restrictions, of which I have many. would not make me the gluten-free pizza as I was coeliac, but I had beautiful gf pasta. everything is made fresh so that I chose the menu what I like and we have adjusted how we have been with. great service, could not do enough. it enjoyed our lunch very much. small family restaurant in the city. so nice not to worry about eating.

Typiquement le genre d'endroit confidentiel qu'il faut connaître... Malgré une déco psychédélique, la pizzeria Da Nando est chaleureuse, les pâtes sont succulentes, le patron est haut en couleurs (et charmant, par-dessus le marché), les prix sont tout à fait corrects (environ 12 € pour un plat de pâtes) et on peut emporter chaque plat à la maison. Vivement recommandé.
Quand on le voit de dehors, ca n'inspire pas. Quand on voit la déco intérieure, ca n'inspire pas. Par contre, j'ai rarement mangé de pizzas aussi bonnes que chez Da Nando. Après, il faut pas voir ca comme un restaurant traditionnel, mais plutôt comme un endroit où l'on mange comme chez des amis. Depuis, on y est retourné 3 fois, c'est toujours aussi bon.
Un petit resto qui ne paie pas de mine, mais ça vaut le coup d'essayer ! Vous y trouverez un plutôt large choix des plats pour les végétariens / vegans et les "sans-gluten : pizzas, pâtes, lasagnes,... et un accueil chaleureux du patron !Attention tout de même : les options "sans" sont plus chères que les versions "conventionnelles.
très bonne bouffe, très accueillant, on a passe du temps magnifique, comme si vous voyager en Italie, en plus ils font du sans gluten du vegan et de la cuisine italienne pour tous, et ce 7j/7 on adore ce restaurant on vous le conseille vivement pour un moment exceptionnel en famille

Nous avons découvert avec un ami cette petite pizzeria près du boulevard Clémenceau par hasard un midi. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le patron très sympathique.En plus nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité des pizzas et le prix. Nous y reviendrons.
nous avons passé une excellente soirée en immersion dans une ambiance familiale italienne... en plus la cuisine est excellente... la cave est pleine de vins à découvrir... bonne adresse!!
