Pizzeria Du Quai - Table reservation

Mondays in Sanary pretty much everything is closed..shops, restaurants, bakeries. So, after a week of indulging in way too food and way too many pastries, I just wanted a salad for lunch today. Pizzeria du Quai had a fine looking warm goat cheese salad on...the menu. Service was brilliant. The server was warm and friendly and made me feel right at home. There were a few families in as well, taking advantage of the kiddie menu and the daily special. I must say the portions here are enormous...American style almost. A couple people had the calzone and it was as big as an American football. My salad was also twice the size of what I usually get in France. Prices are pretty reasonable. My salad...

a quiet Sunday evening meal; we were greeted by the excellent waiter on a table directly in the terrace. friendly, unfair but attentive service followed. then the pizza came, I was blown away. italian intention. the french are on the heels. that was wonderful, crisp,...complex aromen, (chorizo, ham, chili and paprika,) but only slightly spicy. the chef was passionate and experienced, and it showed. when we come back, we will be back. highly recommended. (the lobster lasagne was too obvious) merci!

I had a sardelle and capres pizza while my man had the pizza with chorio and pfeffer. Unfortunately, I can't remember the best name they are given on the menu but the most important is that both cooked with the pizza based. to perfection. the rose wine and the lemon (rented at the end of the evening) where also delicious.

good pizza, but strange service. when we saw that the pizza was very big, we ordered one for both of us. we said it wasn't possible, it had to be one per person.
