War am Montag mit Arbeitskolleginnen bei ENZO essen. Wir hatten reserviert für 17 Uhr. Hat auch super geklappt. Trotzdem stand ein Schild reserviert ab 19:15 Uhr auf dem Tisch. Die Bedienung hat mich darauf hingewiesen das wir dann gehen müssten weil es für die nächsten Gäste reserviert sei... erst nachdem ich mich nett darüber beschwert hatte nahm er das Schild vom Tisch.... die unfreundlichkeit der Bedienung zog sich durch den kompletten abend. Gestresst, genervt und unzufrieden! Die Abrechnung lief dann völlig stand dem Ruder! Ich hatte schon einige negativen Erlebnisse gehört, wollte mir trotzdem selbst ein Bild davon machen. After 1 1/2 hour waiting for the order, we were told that the order is not ready yet and it takes another 15 minutes, after 15 minutes it was said that the order was given to someone else and you had ordered 2 completely different pizzas than those that were randomly abandoned. That was, of course, rejected. The noodle dish was finished at that time. After another 15 minutes, the other two pizzas were ready. A drink was then offered as compensation. Noodle dish was naturally cold at home.
Wir waren mit 6 Personen vor Ort und hatten im Vorfeld reserviert. Die Pizzen und Burger sind sehr lecker. Im Anschluss haben wir uns noch für ein paar Eiskugeln und Apfelstrudel entschieden. SO much pork on the menu, it was a bit tough for us to find something good to eat. Pizza was okay. We arrived without reservations and were seated, but I'd recommend reservations, as it gets crowded.
