As we stayed at the hotel for 2 night, we decided to try the restaurant on the arrival day, a friday. It was packed and for good reasons. We ordered the Fondue Bacchus, a fondue with a wine based broth with lots of herbs. The beef is cut in cubes instead of sliced so that it remains softer inside, excellent quality of meat.
