This may not be the best pizza place in town but their pizzas with three toppings for 9 euros are decent and we will definitely come back for the two course lunch menu with a drink that costs 11 euro pp. Our waiter was very nice, he had a good command of English and was also happy to communicate with us in Spanish as we were trying to practice a bit. The enterior of the restaurant is nicely decorated and the Italian music that they are playing also adds to the experience. One thing that should be done is fixing the door as it closes with a painfully loud noise.

We visited la Scala during a fortnight break in Tarragona. This was our first time in this restaurant and it won't be our last. We had an evening meal with a bottle of house red and this proved to be the perfect end to a wonderful day in this great old Spanish town. I has veal stew risotto and my wife had aubergine lasagne, both were very well presented. This is our third stay in Tarragona and we will certainly be coming back.
Got 3 slices of pepperoni sausage on the pizza, about 3 olives sliced. Ordered parmesan cheese got something completly else. The extra pay was for the 3 olives that covered the pizza. Get your food elsewere.
Buen restaurante italiano, con buena pasta y salsas. Los platos son contundentes y con muy buen sabor. El único pero que pondría sería incluir algún plato más en antipasti o algo de pescado.
