We've just had a lovely lunch at la Scala. The food was excellent as was the service. We arrived at the very end of the lunch session (15.30). I took advantage of the menu of the day which included 2 courses and a drink for a very reasonable 11 Euros. The carpaccio of lamb was very refreshing and came with a light flat bread. My youngest had the children's menu which included mains, dessert and a drink for 9 euros. My wife's salad was impressive both in quality and size. My eldest enjoyed her Pizza, which came on a very thin light vase. The desserts were lovely and also very reasonably priced putting some UK based chains to shame.
