We've been ordering there more often, it's always been good until now. Today, however, we were more than disappointed. First of all we waited 1.5 h until a pizza, a döner baguette and a chickenburger arrived. Then the Döner Baguette was completely black on top of it was not edible. Then we called again there, no one apologised, but it was made a new one with the statement that it will take half an hour. After one and a half hours, there was still no one there and we called again, that was just annoyed just sent off and laid. It also came within the next 10min, but it was not delicious. Ordered with Liferando: Let's start with the fact that you are forced to order a second sauce for a supplement of 50cent. There is no option to order a second sauce. Then for delivery; the sauces we were forced to order were simply not there. Just like the mayonnaise (this was at least voluntary for 50cent), which was ordered to the Currywurst Pommes and once pizza rolls. There were 2x garlic sauce, 2x mayonnaise and 1x pizza rolls. After we called, the pizza rolls appeared, but the four sauces did not. For food; the taste was meh. I've never seen anything like that before! At 20:45 our order has been delivered via the website and paid via Paypal (Pommes, Döner, Salat, so nothing great), mail with order confirmation came after 15 minutes and since we are used to longer waiting times (1 1/2 hours is here normal) we have been stupidly tried to call at 22:15 to ask for food, of course unsuccessful. 5 minutes later the same game. At 11:00 we put a pizza in the oven. Until now (23:45) no answer and no telephone access.

Food was delicious. Unfortunately, the reliability of the delivery is not given. Repeated call is not an option here. If much is to be done, this is not a topic.... But should be communicated. Fact for the future, that was it! At least if you have children.

we have no answer here to letting my wife had noodles with cream so sauce the dish tasted totally sweets as if a zucker in mass pure has tipped on my hamburger was why always crumbled sauce I could get it instead
