Pizzeria Raices has recently moved to Valencia from Godella. The restaurant is very clean, with an open kitchen, where you can see the owner, Luis Miguel, prepare all the wonderful appetizers, pizzas, and desserts. All the pizzas are handmade with top quality (Italian) ingredients and the dough is as important as the ingredients. This is not your chain restaurant kind of pizza, but a passionately handmade Neapolitan pizza, prepared in front of your eyes. To me, this is definitely the best pizza in Valencia, and even at a great price as well! Highly recommended and we have become regulars and will be back after this 3rd lockdown!
