Eating wasn't great. Tables could be cleaned better and the staff dressed better. Then it would feel much cleaner. Pizza was good, but ask for less cheese... Too much fat. Other dishes too much oil. You only accept CASH???! And do not say on reservation, so when the bill comes, you get this surprise and have to go to ATM! Not especially in Corona times. Must be a tax evasion? As for the missed tip they can easily pay for the pen / credit card service....
Being coelliac I cannot eat proper pizza. My wife can and thoroughly enjoyed her meal. I had an ok meat dish. The place was packed with a cheerful atmosphere. We were lucky to find a table. Service was slow but was acceptable in the light of how busy it was. I was a bit disappointed with the wine but my wife really liked hers. Bad places are not busy and this was busy!
We were very happy to find this open as most other restaurants were much higher and not what we wanted. Delicious pizzas, friendly service and happy atmosphere a mix of locals and tourists I would imagine. A beautiful terrace also for warmer days.
Pizza Toscana had too many juices that destroyed the soil, the crumb was gone. My friend Pizza quattro formaggi was good.
