Many pizzas have edges mainly to fill in: while you eat the donut, you don't realize that you're inflating the bread. Some call that "silo none," meh. remember and think of all those times that you've gone to eat pizza and left the dish full of edges. That's not the case with the tombola pizzas. are thin, thin, dough pizzas stable enough to keep the ingredients, and at the same time the light does not to swell to the panazo. the proof is that you will not leave anything on the plate, for me that is the definitive sign of the quality of a pizza.
