Restauranteur overcharged for almost every item, see photos Two of us visited this Italian restaurant. Quality of food was mixed. The problem was owner/waiter overcharged for almost every item. Paying: I went in to the counter alone without my German friend. Obvious target being that I am a foreigner? Waiter/owner provided me a single, round number to pay, no itemized receipt. Number seemed in error: a round number and much too high. I therefore asked for the itemized receipt. He went to his machine and punched in data for a good five minutes. I’ve been a few times at this place. It's a small place, with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Nothing fancy. The pizzas as well as other Italian dishes are good and the service is friendly. The restaurant is located close to the Feldberg mountain. Great trails for hiking and bicycle rides nearby. Parking is easy, and I've never seen the place too crowded.
