Absolutely terrible. It's a shame you have to give at least one star... A cold and incorrect order arrived. We checked the receipt and order together with the driver. The owner didn't believe us, even after several phone calls. We were verbally abused. The driver even had to take a photo as proof because we weren't believed. We received neither an apology, nor food, nor a refund, nor any suggestion of a solution. Never again. And please, never order from Urban Kitchen again.
