Plaka - Table reservation

I myself go to eat relatively often and have already visited some restaurants. Since I am a great lover of Greek food, the visit here was a duty. Unfortunately, I can't say much good because the dishes were relatively strongly salted and often very 'cross'. My bifteki, unfortunately, were very tasteless, which I had not yet. Only the Pommes were fine for me. The extra-ordered Metaxa sauce tasted so extremely diluted, so unfortunately you could not save so much. We called at 8:45 and asked if a table would be free for 5 people as we would like to come to dinner. The extremely friendly service on the phone said that we can come by. We drove right to the restaurant. At 20:57 we were kindly brought to the table by the service. At 9 p.m. on the drink reception we were told that we only had food grilled. As we had a vegetarian, we asked the waitress if we could at least get an appetizer. This was then made exceptional. We felt this for self-evident, as we were not informed about the call before. The food was relatively tasteless, it was huge portions. After 3 people didn't eat it (1x vegetarian) our food was packed. We had never seen what happened before...
