Cactus Cafe is the only Mexican restaurant in Loughborough, but even if there were others, I believe it would still be the top choice. The food here is truly excellent.

This restaurant has a great atmosphere and the staff is very welcoming. However, they tend to use the same guacamole, salsa, and sour cream on all their dishes.
