The name is a bit strange since the Plan d'Eau itself can be visited regardless of whether the restaurant is open. The site should probably be split in two. There is a public toilet next to the restaurant. The lake could not be swimmed in unfortunately due to the quality of the water. Other than that, there are a lot of trees so a lot of shade when just relaxing near the water. The road leading there was narrow for a couple of kilometers but it was very quiet.
