Best restaurant in Switzerland hands down. Study menu in picture so you know what you want. Trockenwurst is salami. Kräuterquark is a herb infused sour creamlike sauce for the potato (Härdepfel). Hacktätschli is like a hamburger, only more tender and with hints of greens. The salad has fruit and flowers.
