I placed a pre-scheduled order that arrived more than an hour earlier than the time I had chosen. I paid nearly $8 extra for delivery, expecting the food to be hot and ready when I wanted to eat. If I wanted to pick up the food earlier, I could have easily done that myself and just reheated it. The driver mentioned that my next order would be 15% off. However, when I called to ask about this discount while placing my next order, I was only offered $5 off, which didn’t even cover the extra expense I incurred. I was quite surprised, considering they have been around for a long time. I wasn't extremely upset, but I was just expecting better service given the circumstances.
I stopped by Planet Pizza tonight and ordered a slice of Grandma's and a Sicilian for takeout. The staff member who helped us was very friendly and gave excellent recommendations. We waited until we got back to our rental to reheat the pizza and make it nice and crispy. The Sicilian was absolutely amazing! Adding an extra side of sauce on top made it even better. While I liked the Sicilian more, both slices were delicious. The team here is welcoming and truly committed to making sure you enjoy the best slice possible. I highly recommend giving them a try!
I had a disappointing visit to Planet Pizza. The pizza didn’t taste good, and the customer service was poor. I spent $12 on two slices and a Gatorade, but when I asked for quarters to pay the parking meter, they refused to give me any. I had to walk a block to another place just to get change. When I finally sat down, my pizza was half raw. Additionally, there was no air conditioning or fans on, making it uncomfortable. Overall, the rudeness and the low quality of the food made for an unpleasant experience. I won’t be returning.
We ordered delivery, and the kids really enjoyed the cheese pizza! I tried the mushroom pizza, which was excellent as well. For our second delivery, we ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, a mozzarella salad, a mandarin chicken salad, a Caesar salad, mini cannolis, and eggplant Parmesan. Everyone, including the kids, loved every dish. We even had an extra salad for lunch the next day, and it was still delicious!

I dined at this restaurant for the first time today while traveling from out of state, and I was truly impressed! The chicken Marsala, penne vodka, and plain cheese slices were full of flavor and absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable. It's evident that they prioritize quality ingredients. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in the area!
I’ve been enjoying pizza from Planet Pizza since I was a kid, and it’s always been delicious. After returning from University in Florida, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of their Chicken Parmigiana Pizza and impressed by the quality improvements. They also addressed a few minor problems I had with a previous order, making me a satisfied customer once again.
This is an excellent restaurant with wonderful food and a warm, welcoming staff. Sam, in particular, was very helpful in recommending some tasty dishes.
This place offers an excellent variety, great prices, and huge slices. My only issue is the inconsistency in the amount of toppings on the slices.
