Motoring through France, enjoying being off the autoroutes, we were of course encountering many closed restaurants for lunch. Until suddenly we came upon this pizza parlor. Wow. Great varied pizza menu. Friendly service. Low prices. This is mainly a winter ski area that is very quiet in summer but happily Plateau Pizz stays open. Try it if you're in the area.

I went there for pizzas to take away. Tres bon accueil. The pizza was good. I'll be back for lunch on the terrace.
