Let’s start with the positives, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, our order was as it should be and freshly made to order, the magical drinks were fun and there were plenty of seats available inside. But I feel the Harry Potter theme within the café needs expanding and building on to really capitalise on the idea of being transported to the wizarding world. Although it’s lovely to see staff relaxed and enjoying their jobs they need to concentrate more on the orders and getting the customer orders served promptly when someone has placed and paid for food and drinks, there is also need of some kind of system to indicate which tables are awaiting delivery of food and drink order number...
We had been wanting to visit for a good while, as our two children are Harry Potter mad. Staff and service I couldn't fault. One thing I didn't realize before our visit was that dogs are permitted to go in, if I'd know this beforehand we wouldn't have visited. We were all sat down and about to order when a group came in with their dog, both my children simply don't like dogs and the owners of the dog didn't seem to care that their dog came round us, even when our children reacted which they noticed (sorry but dog owners shouldn't just presume that everyone is OK with dogs) and it spent it's time sat next to me with it's tail wagging against my legs which I simply don't want when I'm visiting...
Frankly, I love places like this that promise interest and a little fun and break out of the formulaic. We were here with elderly parents after wandering around Bridgnorth for an hour or so and it fit the bill perfectly. It is, as many have mentioned, a Harry Potter themed place to eat and this has been done pretty well actually. Fans will find much to seek out in the decor and the dining room. It is fairly small. but we managed to get a table. One orders from the counter and the food and drinks are brought to you. We weren't there for a major meal so tea, snacks and cakes were the order of the day and these were delivered with friendly service and were very good. No issues with cleanliness...
We visited here on spec on a busy Saturday lunchtime, we grabbed a table and looked over the menu, ordered at the counter by a very friendly lady we ordered a cappuccino, orange juice, chicken tikka sandwich and tuna, Mayo and sweetcorn sandwich. The drinks came again a lovely member of staff, then the sandwiches and my goodness they were huge, amazing fresh bread, jam packed with filling a lovely little salad on the side and a pot of dressing. Cannot fault the food, price, service or hygiene of this place. We will visit again and tell our friends. Thank you to all at Platform 10.

Quite frankly, slightly disappointed really...ordered two coffees, and two soups . Pretty simple and not that busy....seemed a bit of a wait for the coffee and even longer for the soups. When they came unfortunately both were Luke warm and we really couldn't be bothered to make to much fuss so in typical English style just eat them an went. Baffled why they took so long?
One of if not the best afternoon teas we have had. Great quality and quantity of food, a full size sandwich of choice and not your usual tiny slices. Cakes and scores were exceptional. Our only gripe was we were not given the advertised deal of £25 for 2 instead of the full individual price for singles. Came to £29 but that said we couldnt fault both service and quality
Conveniently situated at the top of Bridgnorth High Street we dashed in out of the rain and sank into comfortable sofas and enjoyed delicious cappuccino and hot buttered teacakes.We were staying in Bridgnorth for several days so paid them a second visit.Relaxing atmosphere and friendly prompt service.Menu reasonably priced
Best Afternoon Tea I've ever had. Very reasonable price and the food was excellent. I had the adult Wizards tea at £17:50 and everything was delicious. My daughter had the equally impressive GF option. The waitress was delightful and couldn't do enough to make sure we were looked after. A lovely experience

Great cakes, decent coffee and not too expensive. Service ok. What lets it down is that the tables are sticky and filthy and the kitchen area doesn't look much cleaner. Cutlery was grubby. Wouldn't eat here again for hygiene reasons.
