visited plau as recommended in preston and saw it with a good selection of vegan options. came with the intention to leave with a baby! had made the vedgeree and then vegan mince bean tacos with a beautiful cappuccino with heel milk. friendly staff and eating was beautiful, will definitely visit again very soon. If I could give 5 stars, I would.

many vegan choices and employees were very good to clarify whether the dings were or were not vegan. the food itself was amazing and delicious. a great place to go if they don't have vegan friends and family
