I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Playa Bowls tonight. I placed a mobile order and arrived 10 minutes later, only to wait an additional 20 minutes before finally receiving my food. The three employees working had noticeable attitudes, making both me and other customers visibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the three orders before mine were incorrect and had to be remade—a clear sign of carelessness. When I finally received my order, it was poorly assembled and far below the usual standard. The state of the store was equally appalling—trash and Wendy’s packaging littered the side counter, flies were everywhere, and, most concerningly, the employees were actively spraying...
Every time I visit this restaurant, everything is always amazing! The service for takeout is great, with an average price per person between $10 and $20. The food is top-notch with a rating of 5. The service and atmosphere also receive a 5-star rating. I highly recommend trying the 8th Ave Acai Bowl.
