Smoothie was good but I ordered it ahead to be ready at the time I needed it and when I got there, they hadn’t even started making my order but there was also no other customers. I was in a rush and was hoping to just quickly pick it up but they made sure to take as long as possible to make 2 smoothies that were supposed to be ready over 10 minutes before. I get that these are teenagers, but they’re at work and they were more interested in socializing amongst each other than working. I shouldn’t feel like a burden just for showing up and wanting my order. There really should be an older manager working alongside them at the store to hold them accountable.
I ordered from this location 2 times and ordered the same thing BOTH times, yet BOTH times my order was wrong. I asked for no peanut butter instead honey because i am allergic when I eat it. HALF THE BOWL SEEMS TO BE PEANUT BUTTER. Both times I had to order for somewhere else and give this order to my brother since he’s able to eat it.added picture showing receipt and video showing how much peanut butter was in the bowl.
I can't say anything negative about this place. The food is amazing, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is fun and clean. Every time I visit this restaurant, everything is always amazing! The service for takeout is great, with an average price per person between $10 and $20. The food is top-notch with a rating of 5. The service and atmosphere also receive a 5-star rating. I highly recommend trying the 8th Ave Acai Bowl.
