amazing hotel with a magnificent view. the staff is more than friendly. they really try to help with any question and they speak perfect English. eating was very good and there were many different ways to choose for each meal. the rooms are very clean and very comfortable. we had the best stay in playa dorada and we can't wait to visit the hotel next year again.
eating in all inclusive offer is disgusting! it tastes and smells worse than food for pets. I have strong stomach pain after the meal here. the half of the service was very nice, but the recovery treated hotel guest like a host
