Pluto's Beef Hot Dogs

First night in Chicago and we tried this place.The service was a 1 at the best. My husband has told the cashier that they needed to throw away their cheese cake because there was mold on it and she smiled and said okay. When another employee called out our food we found out that instead of listening to my husband, she act charged us for the cheesecake. He again repeated to the employee that he specifically stated that it had mold and needed to be thrown out. She immediately gave us a refund meanwhile the cashier didn’t acknowledge anything and turned away without a response.The food was meh. The gyro has plenty of meat, and my husband loved it. This is our first time ever visiting Pluto’s. We are taking my daughter back to the airport for her flight home and she wanted to stop for a quick little snack. She had the hamburger and fries and my son had hotdogs and fries and to my surprise they had gluten-free buns, so I could actually eat here! Everything was so tasty. It came out hot and fast and just as we ordered it.

The ambiance was awesome, the service was good but the food was just a little above average. I had Italian beef which tasted like any other. My husband has the cheeseburger as did my son. They both said it tasted great but overall, the prices charged could merit a larger quantity of food. We left but not really satisfied. Bring the prices down or the quantity of food up.

I've ordered in person, via door dash, and via drive through. I've always had a great experience. Food is always fresh, hot and made to order. I recommend the greek chicken dinner or their gyro platter.Food: 5/5

Greek salads with chicken are amazing here. Other food is good too. Overall a little on the pricey side but still a good option.Food: 4/5
