"The dining experience was pleasant, though the ambiance was a bit quiet inside. The music could have been turned up to enhance the atmosphere, which felt somewhat lacking. The food was enjoyable; I recommend starting with the catfish bites followed by the steak, both of which were really good. It's a nice local spot, but it's not quite on the level of fine dining."

I've visited a couple of times since the restaurant opened, and while my first experience was excellent, this time it was quite disappointing. The twill rings tasted cheap, as if they were frozen and taken out of a package, and the jambalaya resembled rice pudding with small bits of processed meat. The waiting staff were friendly, but the overall experience was marred by the poor quality of the food. It seems like Poboyz is cutting corners, which affects the overall quality. I won’t be returning.

I would rate the service at this restaurant as excellent, giving it 5 stars. We did have to wait almost 45 minutes for our meals, mainly because there was just one waiter on a busy night. However, the high rating is largely due to that waiter, who was incredibly attentive and did his best to keep us satisfied, despite the delays in food. He was really impressive, always smiling and charming, which made the experience much better.
