The hostess who seated us forgot our reservation, and the server who brought our afternoon tea didn’t explain the items we were being served. We weren’t offered any refills on our tea or coffee, even though we were entitled to them, and we had to request napkins. Overall, while the service wasn’t terrible, I expected more given the price.
