we were one of the towns and we look forward to seeing a local diner in the Batavia area, of course we had to try. after that we should probably not have it. the server was friendly enough, not excessively personal, but she did her job well. the eating was a chaos, my omelette was a massive drain, the thorny and paprika were not cooked (always still crispy and cool to the touch) there was a single piece of old-what boiled before an hour and kept- speck laid by the middle, which cut through it a challenge. my daughter donut holes were the color and texture of hush puppy - actually they were even too dark for that. the server took them from the bill without even asking, but they would never ha...

Overall, we probably won't be back. You can't tell the owner put a lot of time into making this place and it has a lot of potential to be great but really missed the mark with us. Staff was nice, but no uniforms, name tags, and no greeting. Nobody explained the menu and when we asked what our waitress recommended she couldn't answer. Food came out quickly but it was very obvious the grill needs cleaned. French toast was undercooked and the home fries were VERY oily. Biscuits and gravy were great. No syrup we had to go find it on another table, no seasoning on the omelette, and we didn't get refills. on Sunday after the church he was here and was not. I wondered if it had anything to do with the shortage of work, and I think it did. we tell ourselves, but it took for everyone to serve us or to take our order. then it needed something to get our food. but I don't complain because I know how hard they worked and still kept a positive attitude. eating was good, her typical breakfast food. nothing special, but still very fill.

I have a green divine salate that was only iceberg salad with huh, and I added that huh. if I hadn't, would they have given me an iceberg salad? Anyway, I took it back to ask and she said they were out of all for the salat, so why a customer pay ten dollars for huh
