In short, Poketo is fine if you’re just craving poke, but don’t expect much beyond that. I ordered a custom bowl and ran into several issues. First, there was way too much ginger, which I didn’t ask for and really dislike. Second, the protein portion was quite small, while cheaper ingredients like edamame and corn were overloaded. Third, I asked twice for extra sauce but still didn’t get enough. Fourth, despite requesting more nori and crisps, there was barely any. Delicious food! I would give 5 stars but the only problem is, they always make most of the poke bowls rice. They put a little bit of everything else. One bowl I ordered, had mostly rice, a lot of all the toppings but only a tiny bit of fish. It’s a little disappointing because it’s expensive and they don’t give you what you pay for…For the price everything should be evenly distributed in my opinion.
This is an outstanding spot for a Hawaiian Poke Bowl! The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the portions are very generous. I ordered online for takeout, but when I arrived, the bowl looked so appetizing that I had to get one on the spot. It was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to return soon!
I visited Poketo about a year ago and found hair in my bowl. I decided to give it another chance tonight, but unfortunately, I encountered the same issue again. The food is good, but they seriously need to improve their sanitation. I won’t be coming back.

The food was fresh and delicious. The build your own poke bowl was the best thing I have eaten in a long time. Each bite was like a surprise for your mouth. Absolutely incredible!
