I’m an instant fan of this place! The build-your-own bowl was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly courteous. I believe it was Zak who assisted us, and he mentioned that he had just been promoted to manager at the West Gate location near the Cardinals stadium. I can see why he earned that promotion after only four months on the job. He is kind, knowledgeable, and a true expert when it comes to the different food options. He guided me perfectly, and I will definitely be returning soon!
I finally tried a sushi burrito! I’m into it. The food was tasty and service fast. I’ve already graced take out twice. I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this location due to the terrible customer service. The staff had some of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. While the food is decent, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for good service—you definitely won’t find it here. It might be time to hire some new employees!
The spicy tuna is tasty, and the portion sizes are quite generous! One bowl with two protein choices is more than enough to satisfy my hunger. There’s a wide variety of options to mix and match, whether you choose a bowl or a sushi burrito. The soda fountain also offers some unique drink options beyond the usual Coca-Cola and Pepsi selections.
