We began with the sampler bruschetta, which was outstanding! The sourdough bread was served warm and incredibly delicious. For our main courses, our family ordered the chicken salad, pasta bolognese, pasta brio, and a steak salad. The chicken salad was decent but didn’t stand out, as the chicken was served uncomfortably cold. Our kids, aged 12 and 13, both opted for the pasta bolognese and really enjoyed it. The pasta brio was satisfactory, with the mushrooms and peppers nicely prepared, though it had a somewhat off taste of old oil.

We ordered the chicken Milanese, but the Parmesan we requested wasn’t brought out until we were halfway through our meal. When it finally arrived, it was only offered to two of the four of us. The chicken itself was disappointing; it tasted like eating gristle, which was truly awful. The waitstaff was inattentive as well. They mixed up our order, resulting in one guest not receiving her meal until everyone else had finished eating. I understand that mistakes can happen, but we were also disappointed that we never received any bread at the table, which is something we really enjoy. Overall, it was definitely not a good experience.
It’s great to see the malls bustling with activity! When we visited Polaris, it was quite crowded, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. However, I noticed that Game Stop had a rather limited selection of items, which was surprising. The bathrooms near the play area were a bit untidy, with water on the floor between the stalls at the back. Some of the toilets were also quite messy, but given how busy it was, that’s understandable. Despite that, this mall remains one of our favorites!
Dined here on New Years eve and it was so busy it was only seating reservations this day. They were a little unstaffed but overall the waiters and waitresses were able to get to all customers in a timely manner. The only issue I can think of was that our bread didn't arrive to our table until after our meal, LOL. Our waitress stated the kitchen kept running out of it everytime she went to grab some. The food was good and everyone enjoyed their meals.

The only downside to our dining experience was the timing of our meal delivery. Our entrees came about a minute after the salads, which meant they were quite cold by the time we finished eating the salads. Additionally, the longer tables in the booths could use some attention; they're stained, marked, and worn. This is unexpected for what is supposed to be an upscale restaurant.
Bella served us New Years Eve. Food was great, service was excellent. Had to wait 19 minutes for 6pm reservation which not bad for party of 6. Though bit pricey, but quality of food was excellent. Hostesses were high energy and saw them accommodate many folks to get them seated.
I had a fantastic experience and found everything I needed for the holidays! I even managed to get my hands on the elusive Stanley Cup, which I had been searching for from Columbus to Springfield, Ohio. A big shout out to Occasionally Yours Gifts!
The shopping center offers a wide variety of stores spread across two floors. However, the food court was somewhat disappointing. It could definitely benefit from being larger and having more options.
