To make matters worse, while I waited, another customer was upset because she had ordered two servings of rice and beans with chicken but only received one. Even though she had already paid, the cashier informed her that they couldn't issue a refund to her credit card. This is unacceptable, as you never know how hard people work to afford their meals, and it's disheartening when the staff can't make the right decisions to rectify issues. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The food here is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. During the storm in March, while everything else was closed, this restaurant remained open that night, and I really appreciated it. I always make it a point to visit whenever I can. We ordered the Talarin de mariscos and Ceviche Mixto, and they were both incredibly delicious! I can't recommend this place enough.
The food and service were excellent. The only downside is the lack of alcoholic beverages, but the delicious food and generous portions more than make up for it.
