On August 5th at 4:50 PM, I visited this Pollo Campero location to buy some chicken, as I’m a fan of this chain. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the very rude behavior of one of the staff members who, it seems, is a manager. She treated me in a shockingly disrespectful manner, which is hard to believe for someone in a managerial position. She failed to show any consideration for the customers, was distracted with her phone, and didn’t even provide me with a cup for my drink. Her attitude left such a negative impression that I seriously doubt I will return to this place. Personally, as a Guatemalan, when I hear the word pollos campero I feel like I'm in Guatemala where the chicken is spectacularly juicy and crispy with its unique seasoning, but here in the United States it's a scam starting with those bagged tortillas heated in the microwave and in general everything is A shame because it's just the logo and the seasoning has nothing to do with it.
I absolutely loved the chicken! It was cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The price was also reasonable; I spent only $36 for both plates in the picture, which I think is a great deal. Overall, not bad at all!

This restaurant is excellent! It's very clean, and the cashier, Ana, was extremely friendly. Our order was delivered quickly and was hot, fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend this place!
Excellent service and attention to Rapides I had a small spill accident and one of the ladies quickly cleaned it up and continued to offer me good service.
I will always say the same thing in, POLLO CAMPERO ; the tortilla because put bittersweet omelet and when you smell it; it smells ugly ?
You call and they never answer. The employees are not friendly and the chicken almost always comes out raw.
