Anyone who has had the honor of trying the REAL Pollo Campero in Guatemala and El Salvador the Las Vegas version can never compete!! Truly disappointed in the food quality, presentation, and service recieved here. I 've never been to a Pollo Campero where the chicken was served extra dripping in fried oil!! That 's Gross!! Maybe they should consider an air fried, baked, or grilled version for those of us that care about our arteries... Also, tried the corn salad for the first time.
