I love Pollo Tropical the best and cleanest grilled chicken and sides. You? don't always get the best when checking pickup or delivery details like remembering the desired sauces or forgetting a page. Always check your order before you leave.
Not a great service I waited almost 20 minutes with just one car in front of me. When I asked why it took so long, they looked at me and never answered. Food is still pollen, this is the only reason I actually go.
I had a little ossue with my food job. More of a misunderstanding on my side and a little on her. The manager handled me well. Win an excellent explanation and solved the problem. Excellent Mansgement Team
The worst pollo topical the food was awful the chicken was not well cooked and the black bean was more like a soup of beans was only liquid and no beans at all.
