This place seems to get worse on the day. Came at this point to order 2 half chicken flours. At first there was no person who made orders. When I walked, the manager Zachary saw that I showed up and went away to leave. I stood there for a while, while the workers sat and joked how they were? The manger passed several times, ignored me in the line, waited for my order. Every time I order from here, the food is always burned, cold or simply made wrong. recently I made an online order, everything came wrong, Karol contacted me for a replacement because with an online order I could not get a refund. Terrible service! The woman who was on the drive thru window had no customer service skills at all. I bought for my family and she had no patience trying to push me through my order. My brother on the passenger side asked me to ask her for a certain garlic sauce they have, I don't know that I rarely eat with sauce! But she gave us an evil attitude and gave us the wrong sauce, hit the window in our face and went away. My brother told me to ask her for the right sauce, I said to hell with the sauce and with me ever spend my money here again; then continued! Karol visited me she is not sure in cash if she spelled her name correctly, but she delivered great customer service. I came here during peak hours, lunchtime. She helped me with my job to make sure I had it right, she's super nice and attentive. She saw me back in the line and she called me to see if everything was okay with my order and she immediately took care of her, nothing was wrong with him, but I had decided to order another one. Pollo Tropical should hire more people like them. I don't usually write reviews, but she deserves it. Thank you, Karol for your help, I appreciate it!
