I wanted to update my review. After a year hiatus and in desperate times we gave this another chance. MIND BLOWN DIFFERENCE! The new manager Natalie is on her A GAME! The food, the staff and the whole experience is what made Pollo Tropical a great place from the jump! She’s running the business THE RIGHT WAY! So go ahead and head over. I’m impressed. 3/25/2024. They need to have better planning, we’ve been several times and been really let down- I am sad to report and it’s due to lack of management or something.
