Jan. 27, 2024, I visited the Ccper City Pollo Tropical, where I placed a dine in order for three meals, two of which were the same. There was no utensil except for spoons, so I informed the cashier, and he responded that they didn 't have any more. I responded. Do you expect us to eat with spoons like infants? He just continued taking another customers order, the another staffer located a box of the knives and forks beside the drive-through window. We lated reviewed our receipt and notice a over charge of $2.00 for one of the two exact meals. Super clean, excellent customer service, food was great. Way better than the pollo in Kendall area usually dirty and load.
Couldnt have been worse. Undercooked rice, undercooked meat, no beans just bean juice, old onions. Avoid.
